1. Training and development
Training and development is First Real's motto to develop talented employees and talented managers.

In the first days at First Real, you will participate in a training class with instructors who are the leaders of the company. Besides, First Real also organizes domestic/overseas career development courses which are held regularly to help employees and managers improve their skills.

3. Salary benefits & rewards
Salary increases once a year. The salary increases consideration rate is based on work performance of the preceding 12 months.
Rewards: the 13th month pay is offered to employees that have worked for more than 1 year, or is prorated based on length of employment. Rewarded according to monthly performance and significant work achievements. In addition, bonus periodically on holidays such as New Year, Independence Ceremony, National Day September 2, etc.


4. Benefits
Over and above regular salary or wages, we also have the following benefits for employees:
Give gifts on Lunar New Year; Mid-Autumn Festival; Women's Day March 8, October 20; International Children's Day 1/6 (for children of employees: from 1 year to 15 years old)
In addition, we provide free lunch, free parking to employees. Depending on the employee’s rank, there are also allowances such as: phone bills, cell phones, travel expenses.
Give shares to employees who have excellent achievements and a long-term working at First Real.
Provide weekly free sports services and organize sports competitions regularly in order for employees to exercise and strengthen their bond with each other


5. Travel
Domestic and international attractive travel programs for employees: 1-2 times / year, depending on the company’s profit

Salary:

  • Title-related pay, Performance-related pay
